The wiki is Affiliate Window's support and help pages for network users. It's directly editable by Affiliate Window staff, as well as publishers and advertisers who have a user account. It is an additional resource designed to help users get started and is not a replacement for our Technical Services team. We remain committed to answering tickets as quickly as possible.

The ticket system is accessible from within the main navigation of your account: Communication > Support > Create New Ticket.
