Merchant Integration Summary

In order to become live onto the network, you will need to implement the following aspects:

1. Click append; Removal of:
• Telephone numbers
• Leakage
• Other Network Traffic
• Any other de-duping

Estimated time for Coding & Testing: 4 days

2. Tracking Code; Either Real-time or Offline Tracking only
• Real-time Tracking:
• Small Javascript onto all pages of the site
• Tracking tag on confirmation page; Please ensure the Javascript & Image pixel are added.
• Add following dynamic variables to both tracking tags:
• Sale amount (if you’re tracking only registrations then it’ll be 1.00 & GBP only.)
• Order reference (needs to be unique)
• Commission Group – see here for more information.
• Voucher Code
• Product level tracking (items in basket)
• Offline Tracking:
• Client to capture all elements passed in click & store in merchant Database
• When Transaction is validated send through in offline file

3. DataFeed;
• Automated feed 24 hours (depending on size, speak to your Integrator for more information)
• CSV or XML
• Include following as standard:
• Product ID
• Product Name
• Description
• Price
• Image URL
• Product URL
• Merchant Category

4. Batch Validation: Used to automate or upload batch validations for pending transactions, it can save time!
• Create CSV file containing relevant variables such as:
  • Transaction time
  • Order Ref
  • Approve/Decline
  • Decline reason
• If you are worried about part declining transactions and how to handle this situation, please review the full documentation here:
• We suggest that client declines the transaction but then add a “manual commission” for the successful products.
