I am able to download a advertiser's datafeed, however I am not joined to this advertiser, how is this possible?
Affiliate Window have a "soft membership" rule which applies to advertisers who have "auto-join" enabled for their affiliate approvals and have a valid datafeed. If a sale occurs via the use of this datafeed you will be accredited for this sale.
Why isn’t a specific product appearing on the datafeed?
It maybe that the client hasn't chosen to add this into their datafeed, due to constraints with serving the datafeed on a regular basis.
We suggest using the "contact merchant" button in your interface, or adding in a Support Ticket where the Technical Services team can investigate further.
Why isn’t an advertiser datafeed showing in Create-A-Feed?
If you've recently joined this advertiser it may take up to 1 hour to create the relationship within our Create-A-Feed system. If this still doesn't work please add in a Support Ticket
The Advertiser's datafeed is out of date - What do I do?
If you believe that an advertiser's datafeed is in need of an update or has errors with the links/images/descriptions then you can create a ticket stating the errors encountered and the advertiser in question. The Technical Services Team will then feed this back to the client/account manager and will await their feedback.
What is Metadata?
The Metadata feature allows Publishers to download information about Product Categories or Advertiser Information in a single file. This lets Publishers view information on categories and Advertisers at a quick glance.
Where can I download this?
To download this metadata, simply click the 'Metadata' link on the right hand side of your Affiliate Administration area. For full details on how to do this please see our Wiki page on Metadata.

How do I make links open in a new window?
Adding (target="_blank") at the end of the URL enables the link to open up in a new window.
For banners; make sure the (target="_blank") is added at the end of the URL within the href tag.
How do I use Click Ref?
Please refer to the Publisher_Click_Ref Report as this should contain the relevant information

You may want to use this functionality if you would like to link to category or product pages of the advertiser site.
However we strongly advise publisher s to use the deeplink builder to create their deeplinks - more information can be found on the Deeplink_Builder page.
You can gain access to the advertiser datafeeds by using the Create A Feed datafeed system in your account.
Banner links will allow you to display the Banner image along with a trackable link. You will be able to use the reporting to track on impressions, clicks and transactions per banner.
A transaction query is a transaction manually added to the system. The circumstances for this to occur would be when you believe you have an untracked sale, incorrect commission or when would like a transaction re-validated as it is a valid transaction.
Transaction Notification is a service provided by Affiliate Window which sends transactional information to a publisher selected URL using POST requests.
