Affiliate Support Ticket

Introduction

You may need to add in a support ticket to Affiliate Window to help iron out any issues/questions. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible.

Creating a ticket

To create a new ticket, please login to your merchant account, select the communication tab and click on the New Ticket link. This will redirect you to a page especially created to report potential issues you are facing.

You have the ability to filter down your query to the following categories:

Viewing Tickets

You can view the outstanding tickets that are being dealt with, along with their statuses and last time they were modified:

By clicking on the ticket you are able to review the current response, as well as add in other information which is in the form of the above "create a new ticket". You will also be emailed when a response has been added by Affiliate Window.
